ITEMS; We know we owe you guys a good explanation so here's one.  
Hey Hottest,

We have received few emails regarding refunds and even police report about the delay of fan items. So since some of you said our previous tweet was pretty vague and nonsensical, here's one to clear all your doubts. There have been a miscommunication with the Korea side since 2nd week of August, so what we did was to start the ordering from the scratch. We hope to clear everything and finalize it by/before Hari Raya with no specific confirm dates.

If you are asking for refunds, the money are not with us now cause it's been transferred to them since the first ordering.

If you are planning to do the police report, think again. Why would we cheat your money and still have the guts to reply you all? In case you are wondering why we didn't reply the email to all the enquiries was because we have too much of the same email and we can't possibly reply with an answer such as "the orders are still in process".

We are not saying that we are trying to play smart or whatsoever but think out of the box, we ask of you guys. If you think we are hanging around being happy, you have no idea how we feel about all these.

HOTTESTSG WILL TURN 1 YEAR SOON! 

We have plans for HottestSG once we turned  1 year. And definitely, we want you to be part of us. We are planning to set up a forum since all of you have been asking how to be part of us. We need Tech Admins, Moderators and Forum Graphic Designers. Here's the description for each position: 

Tech Admins: Give support to layout, graphics and maintain the forum. (Must  have experienced in HTML, CSS CODE and etc.)
Graphic Designers: Design layouts for the forum. 
Moderators: Update the forum with the latest news, photos and etc. (We don't want the forum to be dead.) 

We really hope that you will join us and give your support. We do want to expand HottestSG ^^
